Many of the savio4_htc compute nodes are offline and unavailable today due to a network outage at NASA Ames. Also, OST:20 still at 94% and OST:15, OST:17, and OST:18 are at 91% disk usage. We are continuing to work on this issue and will share updates on our progress.

Mon, 5/18/2026: Scratch Filesystem Restored

The Scratch filesystem is back online and available for use. One of the storage servers rebooted due to heavy load, and after the controlled shutdown, another OSS failed to respond. After the remediation measure, filesystem is back online, and we are waiting on root cause analysis.
