Status and Service Updates
Savio Downtime: 8AM Fri, 7/4 - 5PM Mon, 7/7
We are planning a downtime to conduct storage-related work on DDN and VAST, which is critical for the HPC services. The downtime will start at 8AM on Friday, 7/4. We plan to work over the weekend, anticipating a return to service by 5PM on Monday, 7/7. During the downtime, you will have no access to the Savio cluster or be able to run jobs. A Slurm reservation is in place, so please make sure that you complete your jobs within the proper walltime; otherwise, your jobs will wait in the queues until the downtime is over.
No office hours Thursday, June 19
Research IT will not be hosting office hours on Thursday, June 19 as it is a university holiday.
No office hours during finals: 5/12-5/16
Research IT will not be holding our regular office hours during the week of Spring Break, 5/12 - 5/16. Please get in touch with us at research-it@berkeley.edu for any help in the meantime.
