As part of our efforts to improve Savio system reliability and communications with users, Research IT is excited to announce that we have launched a new incident and status dashboard for the Savio HPC cluster (also linked from the homepage of the Research IT website). Our goal is to allow users to understand the availability of our services as well as for us to monitor performance, availability, stability, and security of the system in order to minimize downtime and interruptions to research.
The dashboard is primarily a system for us to tell users of any issues/incidents on the system and progress towards resolving them. Please check this page if you experience an issue so you know whether to report a problem to us.
Users may choose to opt-in to notifications about the information on this dashboard, or visit it at any time in order to see the status of Savio. This new dashboard will replace the daily system updates that we have been posting on our homepage.
